Not many people enjoy this because of the herbs but we do. Succulent prawns, crunchy lettuce, fragrant thai basil, refreshing mint leaves, aromatic coriander and rice vermicelli, all wrapped up in the translucent rice paper. This delicacy is not complete without the thick and heavy flavoured dipping sauce! 😙
