There is an option to go chips or seasonal greens for the sides. I’ll recommend the chips! They are hand cut, well seasoned and is delightful with the chimichurri mayo, which is herby, zesty, tangy, creamy. All the right things in one vessel instead of two. Sauce is so great, I ate it with everything I could find on the table, i personally like it with the sea bass and chips! It would fit so perfectly on a plate of fish and chips 😝
I was initially disappointed to find that the set lunch menu changed and the flank steak got replaced. But this rib eye will definitely keep me coming back. It was tender and flavorful with just enough marbling and perfectly charred edges. This is a new cut to the restaurant. (Soon to be a permanent item on the menu!) FYI: Flank steak is on the permanent menu for $55 (available during lunch and dinner)
