This pie is a palate cleanser. Bright lime curd with a thyme-kissed crust, finished with those delicate hand-pressed leaves that make it feel like art. It’s sharp, aromatic and very refreshing, standing out as a lively counterpoint to the nutty richness of the pistachio praliné 》$8.50
Silky pistachio crémeux layered in a nut-studded shortcrust with a delicate praliné crunch that lifts every bite. It’s rich, aromatic and balanced, giving that perfect mix of creamy and crisp 》$9.50
Every visit to Elijah Pies feels like a feast for the eyes—their creations are nothing short of artistry on a plate, and the Wild Berry Lavender Pie is no exception. With its vibrant swirls of jewel-toned berries and delicate lavender-specked cream, this pie is as visually stunning as it is delicious.
Our group of nine shared a whole pie for a celebration, which proved perfectly generous in portion.
The flavor? Each bite felt refreshingly light(Not too sweet), yet deeply satisfying.
And let’s talk texture: the crisp, buttery tart base held its own against the lush cream topping, avoiding any hint of sogginess. It’s that ideal contrast—crunch meets cloud-like smoothness.
The vanilla pistachio and honey macadamia were sooo rich🌰🤤 while the passionfruit white tea was really refreshing. You can def tell they use whole fruits and nuts👌🏼, so the price is justified by the high quality.
v refreshing and zesty. yuzu curd was a little too dense for my liking but i liked the soft and creamy meringue
