not too sweet, creamy & crunchy

When I took my first bite of this 𝐊𝐚𝐡𝐥𝐮𝐚 𝐓𝐢𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐮 ($𝟏𝟐), I immediately got up to purchase another to go🫣🙂‍↕️ The ladyfingers, dusted generously with cocoa powder, were soaked through and through with punchy Kahlua and bitter coffee☕️, a perfect balance to the sweetness of the creamy dollops of mascarpone neatly squeezed atop.

For my choice of drink, the 𝐑𝐚𝐬𝐩𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐲 𝐏𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐨 ($𝟕.𝟓𝟎) starts strong on the nutty flavour with every sip, followed by sweetness and tang. I recommend letting the ice dilute it a little!

Really enjoyed the extremely rich 𝐁𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝐓𝐚𝐫𝐭 ($𝟏𝟑) and fudgy 𝐏𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐨 𝐁𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐧𝐢𝐞 ($𝟖.𝟓𝟎)!!😋🤌🏼 Tho the latter could have had a stronger pistachio flavour.

lovee the creamy egg and ham filling! a very substantial slice too, but the crust was q soggy and lacked flavour

madeleine looked so cute but was dry and had not much flavour :( was better when i dipped it in the sweet cream in my coffee HAHA

really damn huge omg....soft & moist inside, hard & crumbly outside. it's actually not that sweet despite having white choc. hmmm maybe there can be bigger blueberries inside? coz it tasted one-dimensional halfway

the caramelised exterior is sweet w chewy edges. the inside is dense but vvv soft, buttery and fragrant!

SO GOODDDD it’s really creamy without being jelak. The base was crumbly and sweet. Pistachio layer was nutty and the berry layer was slightly tangy!

- injeolmi taste was SO GAO and i really loved the mochi

- was light, warm and super fluffy!!

the pairing with yogurt gelato was genius as it helped cut through the chocolate’s richness🍫

felt that less zest could have been infused into the filling. the cheese was so sour and left a weird feeling on my tongue

was recommended by the staff but i thought the cake was v dry
