The base is a gloriously crumbly shortcrust that holds the filling terribly well yet breaks effortlessly as the fork pries into it. The filling is rich, luscious, silky smooth dark chocolate ganache that hides a layer of gooey salted caramel underneath. The amalgamation of the two makes for a wondrous tease on the palate. Sweet cookie crumbles and beautifully piped, crisp yet light meringue crown the tart, and add further textural delight to it. Ok, that's all.
Basically serves coffee and cakes, coffee bean was imported from Arabica. One of the Signature of this coffee workshop was call Kopi Lawak.
