This was a very interesting dessert place found in Kluang, specialise for using the real coconut for some of their dessert items.
The milk pudding put inside the coconut shell, topped with a scoop of ice cream, durian and boba.
After finishing the pudding, you still can enjoy the coconut meat.
Yummylicious coconut pudding served in a coconut husk, generously topped with cendol, red beans, and a scoop of bluish coconut ice cream. The pudding had a soft, wobbly texture that's incredibly tastisfying, offering a smooth and refreshing sensation with every bite. Complemented by the addition of red beans and green rice flour jelly, this dessert achieves a delightful depth of flavour, while the creamy coconut ice cream adds a touch of sweetness. One thing I feel is missing is the addition of gula melaka. If they included it, the dessert would be perfect. After enjoying the pudding, don't miss the opportunity to scoop out the tender coconut flesh from the inner side of the husk for an additional cooling effect.
