Located on the ground floor of Intercontinental Hotel in Bugis, this snazzy bar with lovely service and a travel-themed menu serves elegant bar bites and 20 signature cocktails inspired by 10 cities on the Transatlantic route. Take the Journey of Limun for example, a fizzy blend of lemon and strawberry sherbet, bianco vermouth, bruto 'bitter' and prosecco inspired by Rome. Pair your drinks with the Fish and Chips ($18), featuring expertly battered cod fish fried to golden brown crunchiness and served with shakers of malt vinegar and salt.

The fish was cut quite small, almost the same size as the chunky English-style chips, then battered and fried to a golden-brown crunchiness. That made it easier to enjoy it as you can fork each piece up at a time while holding your drink in the other hand.
What we loved too was that the dish came with all the classic condiments of malt vinegar, sea salt and lemon so you can season it exactly to your preference.
