A refreshing waffle with soft serve combination that serve with strawberry and lychee. The sweetness from lychee and the acidity from strawberry compliment the crispy waffle very well. Of cause not to forget about the creamy soft serve that give you the instant cooling effect.

The signature quad tower that everyone is familiar with and even featured in INSIDER dessert. Different flavour of soft serve in between the homemade crispy waffle. *sharing is recommended

Pancake Crepe topped with french toast, matcha chocolate and a soft serve of your choice. The pancake crepe look like a dutch baby pancake, the large puffy pancake in a skillet that usually serve during breakfast. Would recommend to share this dish with some friends as the portion was quite generous.

Missed out on Hail's anniversary and decided to pay my very first visit the very next day ๐Ÿ˜… they were probably still recovering from the previous day that they didn't have a lot of flavours left. I settled with the Gula Melaka Blue (RM9.50) in a cup, with chocolate cloud cakes (RM3). It's alright, but I would love to come back and try the mixed flavours ๐Ÿ˜ hopefully it doesn't disappoint.

"Yeah. I'm into fitness. Fit'ness entire burger cheeseburger into my mouth." For this saying it's mainly referring to the latest dessert creation from the people of Hail's! Their latest plated creation is a Japanese inspired donut; they named her the Ronut.. For this dessert, you're being given the immense task and pressure to decide on only a single flavour to pair with this Ronut and along side the donut you get a crispy and crunchy sand of toasted grains and nuts with the sprinkling of sliced bananas, blueberries and strawberry.. For the price of Rm14 it is a rather filling dessert that I would suggest to take it in the afternoon unless you just solely having it as a main or supper.. The Ronut was presented beautifully with a generous amount of soft serve which I had chosen the flavour of lemon cheese.. In my humble opinion, the Ronut itself is really chewy in texture that leans more on the heavier side that reminds you of a sticky rice and thankfully for the soft serve that I had was able to counter balance with the heavy yet filling donut.. The sands also gave another texture dimension of crunchy with the soft serve and the donut.. It's advisable to share this dessert unless you have a huge tummy space as the Ronut will practically fill you up with its sticky goodness

Loving the Gula Melaka syrup, the desiccated coconut and the pink sago which pairs extremely well with their pandan soft serve.. Back again for their delightful yet creative soft serves flavours! And this time around, I've selected the nyonya delight- Melaka snow which is something that is really interesting to see on how their interpretation of the straits flavours in a dessert form.. I was really excited to have spot 4 new flavours of September & October and for the nyonya delight; I've chosen the honey azuki & Gula Melaka blue.. The honey azuki which consists mainly of the Japanese red bean and honey which on its own has an amazing balance of the red bean flavour that sort of reminds me of a red bean soup and its natural sweetness from the honey that made it a wonderful match to enjoy whereas the Gula Melaka blue which is made with the Gula Melaka sugar which is a palm sugar and the bunga telang which is a blue flower that is widely use by the peranakan people in their cooking especially for the desserts that exudes a deep blue colour.. Both of the flavours are truly hugging each other in the cup with a sprinkle of desiccated coconut with a generous scoop of pink sago along side the sticky gooey Gula Melaka syrup! Personally, I love this two flavours as it just goes well with the chewy sago and the sticky Gula Melaka but I would prefer more of the Gula Melaka being that it's my favourite sugar to use and eat for desserts.. I'm really in awe with their magical hands of the soft serve master for their ability in triggering the childhood food memory that I fondly have with my mother.. It's just really an enjoyable and fantastic soft serve to have on any given time! Really brought joy for me in every spoonful ๐Ÿ˜˜๐Ÿ˜Š

Soft serve is everywhere in damansara uptown but there is one which has that creative flair, playful yet strong to the local roots of and its only at Hail's Soft Serve which is the sure place to get that local taste of desserts! We were really lucky to be able to try it after having that sumptuous yet delicious Hokkien mee as it was late.. So we venture into the shop after got the heads up that it's still serving & was awestruck with that various creations to the customization! From their elf recommendation, we've ordered their Skyscraper Quad which is actually the featured flavours of June & July which are thin layers of waffle being sandwiched by the flavours of chocolatea (bottom), Rose pop, pandan cake & finale is the Gula Melaka Blue.. All of the soft serve are locally made and freshly prepared by hand! When it arrives to the table, I was jumping with excitement that it was beautifully plated yet whimsical and the taste of each of the local soft serve is so delicious, really creamy and light! My personal favourite would be the chocolatea which is made with earl grey tea and chocolate and the pandan cake that has the amazing balance of the pandan essence with that creamy texture which surprisingly reminds you of pandan layer cake that we usually have from those bakery! Really made my day as it brought out the memories of my childhood of having those local desserts and my mum whisking up the pandan jelly and that pulut Tai Tai from the Gula Melaka blue.. Must try before it's gone!
