for generous and tender Kaisen Chirashi Dons and the Soft-shell Crab Aburi Salmon Roll - their Chirashi is well mastered, with thick slices of Salmon, Tuna, Yellowtail, Swordfish. +++, and also lovely, tender pieces of scallop. Fresh without too much traces of fishiness, each slice melts in your mouth. My only gripe was that the bed of rice was slightly too sticky and mushy. ($22.90/$26.90)

Brb about to send my application in to become the leader of their fanclub🤣 The sashimi here is so fresh and thiccccccc I’m crying😭 Amazing place for your sashimi fix!! Just head down and you’ll know why😱 Not surprising why the queues are always so long but definitely worth the wait🙇🏻♀️ Their yummy sushi rolls are also v good for sharing w friends!!

The normal chirashi here is the same as the regular size kaisen chirashi at Ngee Ann but $2 cheaper! Still as good as ever with fresh, thick & juicy pieces of sashimi - salmon, swordfish, tuna & scallop - and juicy salmon roe. The #salmonaburiroll is $1 cheaper than the other outlet but seems slightly smaller in size. Love the mix of mentaiko, smoky flavour from the lightly torched salmon & creamy avacado. With #burpplebeyond, we got the thick & fresh slices of #salmonsashimi at 1-1! That’s 6 pieces for $6 😍
