Finally back at Atlas and glad that there wasn’t a long queue ahead of us. I had the summer chicken stew which was a huge chicken thigh that was slow cooked in a sundried tomato, herbed cream sauce. But this was closer to a Chinese type of soup that was thin, smooth and easy on the palate than a usual western type of soup that is thick. It also came with huge chunks of potatoes and carrots to make a filling meal on its own. The sourdough that came with it was also able to soak up the essence of the soup well. However, we found that the dishes here seem to be a tad too salty for our liking, maybe the speed at which dishes have to be churned out played a part in that.
Went there at 11am on a Tuesday afternoon but the place was already filled with people. As the superbowl was priced at $18, I had expected them to be more generous with their portion of chicken but there was sadly only 3 strips of chicken in my bowl. I must say this was a pretty mediocre lunch
I only wished that the mushrooms were juicier.

A sumptuous and feeling bowl with everything you can ask for. The addition of the miso eggplant also distinguishes it from other bowls that many cafes offer now. Great well-rounded dish!
The grilled white miso eggplant was my favourite of all the toppings, but all the charred vegetables actually went really well with the quinoa. Quite liked the soft and tender pulled chicken as well. I feel the entire bowl was made for those who were lazy to chew on their food (re: me). Wish the portion was bigger but having this superbowl with their coffee was quite filling to be honest.

Got the Atlas Superbowl($18), Mushroom sourdough with sausage($17) and a Butterscotch Pancake($18)!
Many reviews recommended the Butterscotch pancake and the same for me, would highly recommend it too!!😍
It is crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, and just sweet enough without even adding the maple syrup💯 The ice cream on top adds a nice touch to it as its cold and creamy😍 This dish is suitable for 2 people hehe.
The superbowl and mushroom sourdough was not bad too!! My friend and I stayed in the cafe for a total of 2 hours with no one rushing us to leave after we finished and the staff even opens and closes the door for customers☺️
Great customer service and great food, so whats not to like? Go try it for urself😉 Overall was an 8.5/10 for me and id definitely go there again when im craving for pancakes hehe🤤🥞
