[Atlas Superbowl-$18] Not sure if its because the name of the cafe is in this, but this was one healthy and tasty bowl of quinoa 😊 Requested for the grilled miso eggplant to be switched out for more of the other ingredients (not a fan of eggplants😅) and thus the bowl came with loads of the other components, which I totally didn't mind because the kale is really to-die for and the buttered corn was so delish too!

I only wished that the mushrooms were juicier.
