The roasted Iberico pork with spring onion rice roll is worth trying! The translucent rice rolls are soft and springy. It’s probably one of the best I’ve ever had and they are really generous in their fillings. HKD 88 per serving.

This dish is seriously addictive. Crispy deep friend Aubergine with Sakura Shrimps and salted fish topped with loads of string beans. I love that it doesn’t feels greasy. HKD 128 per serving.

The flaky layers of pastry was delicate enough that it fell apart when we pick it up. The entire dish reminds my of Yauatcha’s truffled Wagyu puffs but this was the spicy peppery approach. Worth savouring!

It’s a first approach for me on this contemporary modern Cantonese rice noodle rolls. I love the elasticity and thickness of the cheung fun filled with slices of tender beef.
