of late, my food is of epic proportions. first mushrooms, then pizzas and now, a blown up putu mayam at a blown up putu mayam price too of $5. lol. because late dinner so bee hoon. but no harm treating myself a tad nicer with a plate of fried one right? top layer comes with a little burnt which lends a nice char fragrance and a stronger taste in between bites. such simple way to make a plate of bee hoon different right?
