My mother was a good cook, and her spaghetti was amazing! She always used tomato sauce though. One time, I asked her if she could cook a pasta dish with white sauce. She did: one with longganisa in it. When I saw that Castel's Cafe offers longganisa pasta, I couldn't help but miss Nanay and her first cream-based pasta dish. Good thing Castel's version is close to Nanay's pasta. Now I know where to go whenever I crave for it. Thank you, Castel's.
