Cake In Action

Heartland bakery with a slight twist. This caught my eye. And when I lifted the compartment door, the bean scent convinced me. It was indeed unique and nice. It's super dense, almost like tofu. The flavour was eggy and beany, vaguely reminiscent of McDonald's hotcake.

Most of the pandan chiffon cakes available in the market have a dry and rough bottom, which makes me not want to eat the whole slice. However, this definitely stood out from the rest👍🏻
