[CLOSED] Blink burger

The Umami my choice of burger i pick, because of sautéed mushroom, cheese & crispy onion just sounds nice on the menu. What it really was the Patty beef was really juicy, soft and springy on the inside, glazing on the outside. The juice oozing from the meat. Not dry. They does the grilling really well. Quite large, thick patty that's worth the price. Sautéed mushroom wasn't that bad, too creamy. Spicy tomato? I don't see any tomato on my burger. And It's quite salty. And the onions wasn't fresh and crispy. Side fries, again too salty for me.

Blink burger locates itself at Hawa Bedok, Bedok North. Tried out the Angel vs Demon burger, it is basically a beef with cheddar, egg, bacon, chipotle onion and veggies burger. Portion is just nice with just a whooping $10! The patty could be juicier and richer with spice though. The bacon was ultimately tasty. Service was generally fine.

No words to describe this. Excellent. The meat patty is tender and juicy and it is hand made. One of the best burgers I have ever tasted!
