A Mexican twist on a popular Chinese breakfast item. The burrito is made with a crispy jian bing stuffed with BBQ beef brisket, spring onion omelette, bean sprouts, coriander and green chilli, and finished off with a drizzle of hoisin sauce and spicy mayo sauce. It was an explosion of flavours and textures as every bite was crunchy, juicy, sweet and savoury.

the dishes may sound strange but works out better than you think! Lamb Shawarma Benedict ($28) is a middle eastern fusion using traditional spiced roasted lamb slices🐑 Spinach Tagliatelle ($25) is a “banmian” style pasta with red sea prawn and light garlic butter flavor. My favorite is their Soy Ginger Spring chicken ($25), the barley risotto with wing beans is 💯👅
