ā Miserable slices of chicken.. mostly onions. Not worth at all.
Bibigo offers delicious and tasty Korean cuisine that are freshly cooked and healthy. Please read my review at www.hungryghost.sg
Originating from Korea, Bibigo builds on the popular Bibimbap and provides a unique, healthy option. Customize your bibimbap by choosing the type of rice (they even have black rice!), protein, and sauce, and is served with assorted vegetables. Also serving typical Korean fare such as bulgogi and stews, this is place has something for everyone. End your meal with the Sweet Potato Mattang, caramel coated sweet potato fries with rice crackers and candied walnuts.
I love bibimbap! Decided to try it with black rice this time, have to admit it was perhaps a little too "healthy" for my liking š I love brown rice, but black rice has a more distinct grain taste, and the flavours don't get absorbed as well into the rice, so the rice remains pretty bland. Still enjoyable, but I'll stick with brown or white rice next time.
PERFECT blend of flavours and textures - sweet, savoury, spicy mixed with crunchy cucumbers, juicy pulled pork, crispy shredded seaweed and a gorgeous sunny side up. Delicious! (warning: restaurant is understaffed, be prepared to wait especially at lunch peak hours).
Kimchi added into fried rice which was spicy. Came with a good amount of chicken chunks and egg yolk was runny too.
