A nice warm bow of beef noodles - you can choose to have beef strips or mixed with tendons and balls. It’s quite nice but to me the soup is just a bit too gamey (beefy) and I’m not a big fan of fatty gamey soup.
I like my soup clean and not rich in that fatty taste as it can be quite overpowering to the tongue.
A new addition to Restoran Foh Foh is this stall specialising in authentic Thai beef noodles. There are three options available, and we can attest they're all equally yum. A crowd favourite is the Sliced Beef & Beef Ball Noodles (RM10) that sees a piping hot bowl of savoury beef broth filled with al dente noodles, juicy beef balls and tender beef slices. If you're a fan of innards, the Mixed Beef Noodles (RM12) inludes beef tendon and tripe. Pro tip: Dip the beef into their housemade chilli for more kick!
An (almost) identical dish to the Mixed Beef Noodles, sans the innards.
If you’re not a fan of innards, I recommend you to opt for this instead! Equally delicious!
Nothing like a good bowl of beef noodles. Found in Restoran Foh Foh, Beef Bowl is a strong contender in SS15’s food scene. The broth has been cooked for long hours, allowing the flavours from the locally sourced beef to seep in. The tenderness of the beef and innards (this includes tendon and tripe) adds to the quality of the dish.
Also request for some of their house made chilli. Not too heavy on the spice but just enough to level up the dish.
