- Pork was flavourful and rather lean with caramelised charred edges almost like satay, giving a distinct smokiness which I enjoyed!
- Bread had a crisp exterior and fluffy soft in the middle, very fragrant with butter evenly spread within 🍞
- Generous amount of creamy savoury pate which I wouldn’t mind less of, as it got quite rich for me.
- Lots of pickled vegetables which were tangy sweet though I would’ve preferred less sweetness 🥕 [8/10]
- I’ve never seen this option and was curious to try, was expecting a fish fillet but turned out to be Vietnamese fried fish cakes.
- Probably made of mackerel and shrimp paste with a unique springy texture.
- Well-seasoned with an umami fish sauce flavour but I’m not a fan of the processed taste. [6/10]
