From left clockwise: pineapple tart, cookies & cream, mint chocolate, mandarine and mangosteen sorbet. The flavours were all pretty average, with a slightly....interesting aftertaste. The mandarine was pleasantly sour and tangy but way too icy, while the mint chocolate and cookies & cream flavours were decent. I really don't recommend the mangosteen, which was just flat, sweet and slightly artificial-tasting.
Single scoop: $4 (+$1.50 for the pineapple tart flavour)
Double scoop: $7
Gelare is no the only place for half price waffles. Azzura has them on Thursdays at $3 for plain waffles. Ice cream at 2 scoops for $5. Totalling only $8 for ice cream and waffles.
A dessert of your choice plus a drink for $9.80. We had honey bee - honeycomb ice cream coated with milk chocolate shell. Slightly on the sweet side but satisfying my sweet tooth for the afternoon.
2nd stop! [RASPBERRY & ORANGE BABY CONES S$2.50 each] - cones are so soggy until can become crepes 😝
