The highly raved cold noodles in Hong Kong. Not to my liking thought, as the ingredients tasted too "raw" for me.
The first time I had this was at Owl cafe in Bedok Point last year and I was so intrigued. Unlike our fishball noodles 鱼圆面, they creatively combine the protein and carbs together.
