AL-Rahman Muslim Food (Haig Road Market)

Was initially sad to have to make do with this on the second day of CNY since most of the restaurants and hawkers were closed. To my biggest surprise, it turned out to be the wisest decision of the day. There was great amount of wok hey in it. The heavenly aroma of ikan bilis made it especially challenging to stop to take your breath properly in between each bite. With all the crunchy ikan bilis, vegetables and soft onions, the overall texture of the dish was very enjoyable as well. Seems like this stall was the most welcoming one in the food center as the sound of wok clanking was non stop😊
