apologies for the late post! as i've said last week everyweek will be a race or theme based! so this week is Japanese, 日本人! but im not gonna go hunt for expensive food, am limiting the price range to < SGD$20 per pax. Ajisen Ramen Side Dishes, starting from the maki and clockwise up, we have fried chicken and fried battered white fish! the one in the center is actually Ajisen's Volcano Sauce. top-up $2 for 1. Experience was good for just the price of $7.90. However one need to take note, there is very little meat in that bowl of noodle

Spicy Cha Shu. hehe wasnt very spicy for me though. well cooked and all, i think every ramen shop have their own flavour though be it Ramen Champ, Suzuki Ramen Bar, etc. i think i like the Gyoza King's Cha Shu meat cos it's more tender. what is your preference of ramen? #japfood #japanese #ramen #chashu #charsiew #meat #noodles #lunch #ajisenramen
