the mee hoon kuay texture was superb – not doughy and very chewy. the soup that accompanies on the side was also very nice – umami goodness. fillings wise, the minced pork was great and seasoned nicely and onsen egg was nice. I wish that was more depth of the sauce/base use.
noodle texture was nice; ikan bilis was still crispy even after being in the soup for a while. minced pork was normal just like any other you mian out there. soup was okay and kudos to the generous serving of spinach.
first of all, the toppings. we have crispy ikan bilis, generous amount of spinach and minced meat and perfectly cooked egg. texture of the noodles was acceptable. soup tasted like flavourful chicken soup, very nice and sweet. recommended.
