mala was filling and had so many ingredients including a lot of meat. it was really satisfying and i'd defo come back for its affordable price n great taste!
it was absolutely delightful to watch the skilful construction of the chendol, and even more delightful to eat the chendol itself. the durian is legit and ain't some frozen durian puree. i could really tell that the durian is freshly peeled from its seed by the owner. 10/10 recommend
they were so generous with the fillings that i couldn't fit the bagel in my mouth within a single bite! really consistent standards, value for money and great service. the bagels had a nice bite to them and the ingredients were really fresh!
the coffee here never fails to disappoint! really love that additional depth of flavour that the chocolate provides in the drink. would visit again with the burpple one for one.
one of the most affordable brown sugar fresh milk out there. initially really enjoyed the creamy profile to the drink, but eventually the drink got one dimensional. while the pearls were pretty chewy, they were slightly too sweet for my liking. on the other hand, the drink became more watered down and didn't have much of a brown sugar profile over time as the ice melted. gotta say RnB's brown sugar fresh milk with cheese brulee is still the top contender.
was a pretty good mala stir fry! xiao la was not spicy enough for us so we'd probably order zhong la next time. the mala was fragrant and flavourful and the environment was pretty chill. our only gripe was service was a little lukewarm and the location was not exactly the most convenient. however would totally come back for a good bowl of mala in the west!

the s'mores pie was decadent and chocolatey, while the marshmallows on it had a nice char. on the other hand, the lime vodka pie was a tad bit too sour for our liking and the vodka taste was way too subtle for us to identify. however, really worth it with the chope 1 for 1 vouchers and i would totally visit windowsill pies again for the ambience.
started off being a little too sweet, but towards the end the drink became really diluted and didn't taste good :( however, the brown sugar pearls were soft and chewy and were pretty good. i'd say not worth it for this price point
as usual, the waffles at sunday folks are buttery, crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. their standards are very consistent and they never fail to disappoint π€
cheaper than its counterpart at ding tai fung but i think the rice is more smoky and fragrant back over at DTF! the pork chop was pretty juicy and had a nice bite to it :)
the egg was pretty good but the sides were average? rice was okay, although some parts were on the clumpy side. while the tonkatsu crust was not bad, the pork itself tasted a little underseasoned. i'd say try the chicken karaage instead!

this was a really rich and decadent dessert. it was so creamy and the durian used was really legit. so good! the milk pudding was really smooth and creamy too. would totally visit ah chew's again
