The pork is a bit tough on some part and soft and chewy on the other part. The sauce was good for me, but for my friend it's a bit tasteless. But the onsen egg is perfect!

Sisig ($12)
It's basically chopped grilled pork that sauteed with other spices, it's much more savory than lechon hut for me it's a bit too salty. But it's deffinitely much more crispier!
Lechon ($20 for 1/2kg | $38 for 1kg)
This. Is. Soooo. Good! The meat is so tender and juicy, while the skin is soooo crispy! Just the lechon itself is good enough but we can dip it in their dipping sauce made of pig organ (i forgot liver or heart) so it woll become even more savory!
But for me, it's better to dip it in their soy vinegar 🥰.
I keep eating it but didn't feel sick of it at all! Truly the must try!
Signature Boiled Chicken ($10 / $14 / $20 / $28)
We order the $20 portion since there's 5 of us. The chicken is soo soft and tasty, it's so savory and worth it!
Spicy Cheese Chicken Cutlet ($8.8)
A bit expensive but it's very good! The chicken is so soft and tender and the outside is sooo crispt, I think it's fried with breadflour so it's super crispy and soft on the inside. The potato also crispy outside mushy inside and the spices they use also great! The garlic bread also crispy and savory!
The only downside was some part of the meat looks a bit uncooked...but other than that it's really good
Long Churros With Ice Cream ($4.5)
The mixed ice cream is good, vanilla with caramel/butterscotch flavor I think. The marshmallow churros with chocolate base is good but way too hard. It might be because we come at night so it's not as good as freshly fried churros.
Chocolate S'mores ($10)
Basically a big chunk of chocolate covered with torched marshmallows. It arrived on our table untorched, so we can see the transformation and eat it while it's hot. But it's verrryyyy sweeettt. The inside is sweet cold chocolate ice cream, the outside is sweet hot s'mores. Combined and they become super sweet dessert. Both doesn't taste special for me, just like normal choco oce cream and normal s'mores, especially for this price, but if you love sweets and s'mores do try it!
Deep fried bean curd ($12)
The bean curd is soft and plain but it's sooo good! It's deep fried and yet it don't feel like it's oily. It tastes great and light despite it's deep fried.
Spare Ribs Soup ($9++)
The meat is soooo tender and soft! We can eat it easily but it's still firm! It's perfectly cooked and the souo taste also great! The refill also tastes as good as the first bowl!

White Chocolate Butterscotch Block ($7.9++)
I dont really like sweets so I kind of doubting if ordering this. But the first bite was all it takes ti enchant me! The butterscotch on top was sweet and salty while the white cream in the middle is only slightly sweet, and the black chocolate cake is so fudgey and sweet. All of it combines tastes perfect and yet not heavy or too sweet at all! Deff will order it again!
