This. Is. Soooo. Good! The meat is so tender and juicy, while the skin is soooo crispy! Just the lechon itself is good enough but we can dip it in their dipping sauce made of pig organ (i forgot liver or heart) so it woll become even more savory!
But for me, it's better to dip it in their soy vinegar 🥰.
I keep eating it but didn't feel sick of it at all! Truly the must try!
