Tried the vanilla, pistachio, they also had their Christmas flavours like chocolate peppermint! Really love coming here :’)
In picture: halibut burger, beef schnitzel! First time seeing these dishes and they did not disappoint. The beef schnitzel was cooked medium and had a crisp exterior without tasting overly oily. The sweet potato fries were a great pairing with the fish burger! 10/10 will visit again :D
My first visit here and it was much better than I expected☺️ prices are really decent for the quality. In picture: Chicken Parmigiana and DIY breakfast, Barista’s Breakfast (a latte and espresso with their Paradise blend). Enjoyed the food there and really great service too!
A new place to find great French pastries and desserts! The croissants were beautifully laminated and stuffed crisp with various fillings. Our go-tos are the chocolate pistachio, hummus with veggies. The tarts are yummy too! Pretty reasonable prices and a really great ambience for a chill-out with loved ones☺️
Honestly, the mains felt like something anyone could’ve put together at home. Paying $24.50 for a few shaves of truffle, or pieces of smoked salmon is terribly overpriced. The smoked salmon only came as 1 piece…which is ?!?!?! Even with Burpple, this wasn’t worth the cost. Coffee was good though.
Do note that there’s a 90 mins dining limit which they’re quite strict about too!
This has just joined the top 5 best ice cream places list. Every flavour is a standout, packs a punch and tastes amazing. Price point is pretty reasonable too! We got the roasted pistachio, dark chocolate, hazelnut, houjicha…all of them were packed full of flavour, with generous portions given. We’ll definitely be back!
We got the french toast ($19) and smoked salmon sandwich ($17). French toast was rly good, loved the honey that came as an accompaniment! We felt that the smoked salmon sandwich could have been more generous — for that price point, it was a tiny portion and the number of pieces of salmon could actually be counted😂 nevertheless, this was a good deal for its price with Burpple Beyond. Love the vibes of this cafe too!
💯 for portion sizes, service, food quality. Will go back again and again. Surprisingly it wasn’t too crowded this weekend!

They do free swaps for the eggs so if you’re a scrambled egg lover like us….do opt to swap those sunny-side ups/poached eggs to scrambled instead🤤
We discovered this new gem in the middle of town (@ Midtown!) and we’re really surprised by how much effort and energy the owners put into making their flavours. On the 2 occasions that we visited, they invited us to try out a few flavors that they were R&D-ing (it’s a secret, but you can visit their shop and ask them to let you try!). They are super enthusiastic about producing quality products consistently, and at affordable prices. Their waffles are pretty great too! Do check them out and show them some love, gems like these are hard to come by💎😍

PSA: @justdoughsg has new bun flavours!! This is their green bean (mung bean) and lotus seed bun; it tasted like tau suan!!! (Split mung bean paste, a traditional chinese dessert).
I loved how it wasn’t too sweet, and the flavours were well encapsulated within the soft fluff of dough☺️ Truly a good dose of endorphins having this. They also have a new Japanese pumpkin bun, don’t even get me started on that🤤

They had a really great lineup of bakes over the counter, with the assortment leaving one spoilt for choice! I went with my gut feel of a good pairing and landed with the (a) broccoli, red onion, mozarella & cilantro sauce sourdough bun, and (b) rhubarb-raspberry & pistachio roll.
The savoury bun is to-die for, with a nice balance of flavours between the different ingredients. I’d seen many posting about the rhubarb overpowering the pistachio in the roll, and it’s quite true. Maybe it would be more tangible if pistachio paste was rolled as a layer through the dough (but maybe that’s just me tryna be fancy). I still thoroughly enjoyed them, and will defo be back for more😚
