One of the best crabmeat pastas I've had! You can really taste the crab meat with every spoonful, and that goes to show the generous portion of it! The tomato cream sauce was lovely as well, of slightly thick consistency to coat the tagliatelle pasta just nicely. It did get a little bit jelak towards the end, but overall still a recommended item to try here!
A pretty good bowl of ramen considering the price, portion and taste! The broth was pretty strong and flavourful, while the 3 pieces of char siu were also tender enough, though not the melt in the mouth texture. It also comes with the ajitama egg. Noodles were slightly thinner than my preferred kind, but overall it's worth a try!
The chilli crab sauce tasted very similar to the actual dish! Slightly spicy, not too sweet, defo for those who love that chilli kick! The serving of fresh crab meat was decent, and the linguine was cooked al dente. Something worth trying here too!
Another one of my signatures, this lobster burger surely was legit! Love the generous serving of the lobster meat (think it was a whole lobster?) which was very fresh too! It also comes with bacon and cheese. Defo worth the hefty price tag!
A generous portion of snapper fish baked with mushrooms, asparagus, cheese, cream sauce, and covered with a huge layer of puff pastry! The fish tasted fresh and I love dipping the crispy puff pastry into the melty cheese/cream sauce! No wonder it's their signature dish. Would love to have it again (when my wallet allows 😅)!
I know this stall is famous for the mee hoon kway, but I wasn't feeling like it that day, so I ordered this dish instead. The broth was a bit too salty for my liking, although the noodles had a good bite. I'd prefer minced meat to meatballs, but I guess overall it is a decent dish.
It looks like a ton of green mess here, but let me break it down for you - kale, charred broccoli, avocado, spinach, cottage cheese, marinated feta, pumpkin seeds, dukkah, grains, sous vide egg, all that on multigrain bread. Sounds like a whole lot going on, but was pleased that all the ingredients complemented each other well! It didn't taste "too healthy" because it wasn't bland at all. In fact it was delicious and quite filling!
Al dente spaghetti with slow cooked meat bolognese and topped with shaved parmesan cheese. It was a pretty decent dish and portions were adequate too.
Cedele's bestseller needs no introduction! It's moist, not dense, features crunchy walnuts, and a decadent cream cheese frosting! Also like that the cake is not too sweet, so it's a good treat to indulge in once in a while!
The waffles was quite crisp and fluffy on the inside. The ice cream flavours we got were strawberry cheesecake and stracciatella, both of which were rather decent, not too sweet. Would come back again if I'm in the area!
The ramen bowls here feature ingredients of different seasons. The autumn bowl consists of 6 types of mushrooms, and you can really taste the earthy tones of the broth! Also, when they first serve this bowl to you, there are 3 different broths concentrated at parts of the bowl - garlic butter, truffle mushroom and tonkotsu. You are recommended to take a sip of each of the three, before mixing them up. Noodles wise they're slightly thinner. Overall a good bowl of ramen with intense flavours!
Spaghetti with crayfish, prawn, mussel, clam, scallop, squid in white wine spinach sauce. Really like the generous portion of seafood here. The whole dish was flavourful and enriched by the fresh seafood in the white wine sauce! Which, btw, was rather rich and can make you feel jelak towards the end.
