𝗠𝗦𝟵 𝗠𝗮𝘆𝘂𝗿𝗮 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗺 𝗪𝗮𝗴𝘆𝘂 𝗛𝗮𝘆𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗶 𝗟𝗮𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗻𝗼𝘁𝘁𝗲 ($𝟯𝟵) This dish promised top grade MS9 Wagyu beef which was braised in a red wine demi-glace sauce. Interestingly, this was served with only one sheet of pasta. Called a ‘lasagnotte’, the massive pasta sheet was cooked al dente. . Now the Wagyu beef was tender and deliciously fattier compared to the beef in their beef ragu with its flavours well infused into the sauce. The assorted mushrooms that were stewed in the sauce added a firm bite, texture, and umami that we enjoyed! The lasagnotte is a huge sheet and we wish there was more sauce to coat it. Some might find the texture as unvarying throughout the meal, so it may be a good idea to get this and a different pasta type to share ☺️

Tiger Prawn Dumpling ($13) We couldn’t decide between the dumplings and croquettes and followed the staff’s recommendation to get this! Reminiscent of a 红油抄手 (dumplings in chilli oil), the spicy vinegary sauce was very appetising. The dumpling itself was simple, a tiger prawn wrapped in thin skin, a good pairing with its sauce.

Chicken Katsu x Mushrooms & Fish Katsu x Teriyaki Chicken Mama Don is very generous with their portion, their food is also tasty. Worth the price paid 👍

Burpple Beyond Value Combo Had: - Strip-loin Beef + Shiitake & Button Mushroom Don - Grilled Teriyaki Chicken + Grilled Salmon Salad The don has a soft boiled egg, corn, and broccoli. The salad consists of greens, broccoli, cherry tomato, corn and carrot! We ordered chose medium doneness for beef, a little bit tough as expected for medium but still nice! They were delicious and the Burpple deal is totally worth it for its portion! Filling indeed. A chill and quiet place for a Friday evening!

Teriyaki Chicken + Mushroom Don The portions here are SUPER GENEROUS. I could barely see the rice under all the ingredients! It was quite delicious as well, managed to finish the toppings, but couldn’t quite finish the rice haha! It’s super worth with the beyond deal! Either go on a super empty stomach, or with more friends to share! It’s the same store as Kraft Kitchen, and there’s quite a decent selection of desserts too!

Meats we had include their beef slices 🥩 ($3), coconut chicken thigh 🐔 ($3; highly recommended! 🌟), pork belly 🐖 ($2.50) & smoked duck slices 🦆 ($3). Marination of the meats was really nice! . For seafood, we had clams ($4) & their handmade prawn paste 🦐 ($10; highly recommended! 🌟). A mix of dory fish & prawns, the paste was soooo soft & tender! . We also ordered their Veggie Basket ($10) & a whole lot of other veggies 🥬 & mushrooms 🍄 ($2 each). Can't miss the beancurd roll ($4) for dipping in the soup, luncheon meat ($3), quail eggs 🥚 ($2) & Mama Noodles 🍜 ($1).

Neighbourhood Thai Food Used burpple 1for1 voucher for our dinner. Ordered 4 items - Clear Tom Yam, Basil Pork, Thai Kang Kong and Prawn Omelette. Basil Pork is a miss cos got the 5 spices powder taste, not much of spiciness. Love the clear Tom Yam soup the most cos got the spicy kick!
