Local version of bcm. I ordered without vinegar and chilli. Hence, the noodles turn out bland. The mushrooms were also bland. The meat was tender. The mee kia was cooked just nice. The main point would be their soup which is very flavourful. Perhaps i would try the soup ver or xiao wan mian next time. If u want something more flavourful, can try the msia ver bcm nearby.

The mee hoon kueh looks hand made given the uneven shapes. The texture was nice, slightly chewy. I ordered without chilli so the taste is abit one dimensional. It wasn't too salty for me. I am not sure if the soup provided was use for the soup version mhk but it wasn't nice. It is not something to purposely come down and try for.

I didn know it came with fried egg floss so i top up an additional portion. I added fish roe which add up to $9. I love that they use chinese cabbage which is more sweet rather than random vege. The sliced fish was tender and portion was generous too. I was hoping the soup have more umami but it didn. The soup could have been more too but it might be bc i added more stuff. It is still a good bowl of fish soup.

I was expecting capellini but it tasted more like spaghetti. The pasta tasted sour, probably due to vinegar. It was abit dry too. The truffle was generous. The ebiko roe gave it a good texture. I would recommend to try the duck confit rather than this.

The skin was crispy. The meat was tender and comes off the bone easily. The mashed potato is smooth as well. Although the price is affordable, the portion is slightly small.

Went on a sat but pandan beancurd was not avail. Their normal beancurd is very smooth. They used white sugar syrup and soya milk to sweeten the beancurd. It was not too sweet at normal sugar level. The taro balls came in diff flavours - chestnut, taro, sweet potato and sesame. It was chewy but abit bland. Overall, a good bowl of beancurd.

Visited after seeing it on Get Fed. The portion was just nice. The ingredients - sashimi, otoro, chutoro and ebi were very fresh. They fried the prawn head till it's very crispy and can be eaten. The sushi rice was mixed with abit of truffle which makes it very fragrant. The lunch set also comes with a miso soup, salad and tofu cheesecake. The food was good but the place was abit noisy. Would recommend for you to try if you are in the area.

Ordered the mee kia. The noodles were well cooked and didn had the alkaline taste. The soy sauce wasnt too salty. The soup was very flavourful and had many ingredients - minced pork, meatballs, pork slices, kidney and liver. I dont think it is our typical type of bcm but definitely a good bowl of noodle. Would recommend to give it a try if u are in the area.

We queued for half an hour or so. The menu came with their fixed type of udon. Would be better if they allow customers to opt for the udon they want. The carbonara cames with bits of bacon and smoked duck which makes the udon more flavourful. The black pork was very tender and goes well with the dish. I love their fusion dishes but price can be a tad expensive.

Avocado Sago ($8) and Durian Mousse ($7.60). I love their unique variety of desserts as you seldom see Avocado desserts. The Avocado Sago comes with a scoop of ice cream, taro qq and aiyu jelly. The taste blend well tgt and the diff ingredients give diff kind of texture. We also ordered the hot durian mousse which turn out better than expected. The durian was sweet and can see a generous amt of actual durian. Would totally come back for this.

Prices are nett here. Chicken broth was used. Although it is less oily, it is not as flavourful as tonkotsu broth. The ramen tasted like ke kou mian. The rest of the ingredients are nice. Generous portion of black fungus. The char siu was lightly torched and is tender. The ramen egg was also on point. For the price point, i would say the ramen is ok but don't come to purposely try it.

The variety was limited. The hor fun was kinda pricey but the portion was huge. The kway teow was soft and smooth. It doesnt get stuck tgt like kueh and there is wok hey. I like the crispy bits they added to the texture. Iberico pork was ok. I would prefer if they had added more ingredients.
