Touted by some to be the best in Singapore, though I propose a worthier contender in Babette's version. Mine came undercooked so it was dribbling molten green tea from the top of the cake instead of from the middle. I definitely want to give their white chocolate taro lava cake a go next time, though!
New on the revamped menu at Sinpopo Brand. Deep-fried buns with crispy pork belly, wasabi mayo and salsa accompanied with Rojak at the side. Fried buns and deep-fried Pork Belly were crisp, and well matched with the refreshing salsa and the light tinge of numbness that kicked in from the Wasabi Mayo. Rojak was decently sweet-savoury too! An interesting western twist to our local Kong Bak Pau!

Top it off with a scoop of banana split ice cream to add a versatility of flavors. This is my favorite second to the Milk Cake, which is the main dessert attraction at boCHINche.

After a few failed rainbow cakes elsewhere, I stopped eating rainbow cakes, but this is definitely the best so far that I've tried! Moist and soft! The burger was packed with flavours in major ways. The foie gras was nicely executed and sauced, the patty was juicy and tender you can sink your teeth into.
