Among all that I have tried, this is one of my fave. In this photo, it’s the $5 version with added fish slices of batang. The regular price is only at $4. Batang fishes are expensive even in the market. Give it a try if you are near North Point City!

Located in the private estates of Bowmount Gardens along Frankel Ave of Siglap is Coast and Company, the cafe wing of Coast Cycles. Bright and minimalist interior gives a clean and welcoming feel. Affiliated with Papa Pahelta, it offers various types of coffee from espresso-based to brewed coffee, as well as juices, teas and alcohol. The food menu consists of a limited selection of fusion dishes, all of which are designed with the help of local chef Willin Low of Wild Rocket. Looking for the aftermeal dessert? Choose from the muffins and croissants available or just head on to Flor Patisserie or Classic Cakes few units down.

Medium rare relish beef burger was juicy and tasty, though I felt cow-like eating the healthy salad. The flat white was far too milky for my liking.

The in-house freshly-made bread seems to be calling out to me!

Thanks to Burpple for this #BurppleTastemakers treat! The Buffet has been a favourite buffet place amongst families for years. Offering a steamboat style buffet with offerings of seafood, meats, veges, desserts plus their popular drunken prawns and delicious durian purée! Had lots of fun revisiting The Buffet and left with a very satisfied belly 😊
