복국을 먹어 봤어요? This supposedly dangerous poisonous fish is a delicacy. It tasted tender and chewy, a combination of frog and fish meat. Ordered the ✔Puffer fish sashimi and this is good. Served with chinese pear slices, and sesame sauce with subtle wasabi in it.
✔밀복국 Globe puffer fish soup is super clear and refreshing. But a little on the salty side.

✔ Combo fried chicken set* (~$24): This is their signature!!! And absolutely love the yangneom flavour. The original was surprisingly tasty as most of the time the inner bits are blend..but this is not! Thumbs up!
✔ Tteokbokki ($20): chewy and soft rice cakes with korean ramen. Very authentic taste.
✔ Chestnut Makgeolli: sweeter than the original and I like it! Cheers!!

✔Beef noodles: The broth is not bad. Like any thai food, this is more on a sweeter side but pretty refreshing.
✔Signature Double grilled chicken Jade Noodle: while this is a decent bowl, it isnt smth special to me. Sous vide egg not runny, and the springy noodles tasted similar to spinach chinese noodles.
✔Get the crunchy fried spring roll > chicken beancurd wrapped spring roll

Australian Beef Prime ribs, crunchy skin roasted pork, and tender rotisserie chicken. And I am so in love with their in-house prepared truffle butter. Pairs great with the roasted meat! Unlike other buffet, this is a specialty buffet focusing on their carving station. Spread wise not huge but they have seafood and do not miss their dark chocolate mousse "Harry's choice"* dessert!! Overall: ❤❤❤❤

Kyoto's No1. Best Selling dessert Uji Maccha Tiramisu* ($7.99++) is super nice imo. Plain at first sight, but once u start, you cant stop. The milky texture alternating with vanilla chiffon with matcha powder attracted long queue in the past and this stayed in their menu for a long time due to high demand.
Note that this is not the dish featured in their main menu but on their special menu.

✔Arroz Adobo: Braised Pork and chicken fried rice dish. The fried rice has a subtle sweetness which I enjoyed v much.
✔Sizzling Sisig (Pork): Sizzling good. The special sauce concoction hits the right note! I will come back for this if I crave for sisig.
✔Kare Kare: Unfortunately, this doesnt feel right. Savoury peanut sauce seems to lack the oohms factor.

✔The Hangover Part IV: Juicy wagyu beef and bacon wrapped in English muffin. And interestingly, it contained rosti which totally complements the burger. Changed to chilli fries and it was pretty good.
✔Momma's chicken and waffles: Their housemade waffle was light and non greasy. And probably the highlight of the dish. Unfortunately, I cant understand why was the buttermilk fried chicken popular. It tasted like Taiwanese fried chicken but I prefer the crispy Taiwanese's.

✔Beefy 3 Cheese ($20): Was looking fwd to this particular one. However, the beef patty was not well seasoned. Imo, a little dry and blend ):
✔Truffle Beefy shrooms ($20): Smells great with the truffle but really, it is really hard to taste the truffle and after awhile, it tasted similar to beefy 3 cheese.
✔BBQ Pork ($18): Better than the beef burgers but nonetheless, not amazing.
The mains come with generous amount of fries but they were not crispy ): The perks is that price are nett (no gst and service charge). Drinks are cheap too.

Yes, super chocolatety and sinful but the milkshake is good. The brownie kinda resembles P.osh's chewy brownie: Sticky + Chewy. Tho this seems to be a little more on the sweeter side.
