✔Sake Soy Marinated Beef (fore): medium rare, the beef was tender. After mixing, the mixture was a tad sour due to the sauteed mushroom and pickles. Perhaps best to separate if u dont like the vinegar taste!
✔Mangalica Chashu: the pork belly was soft, but not as marinated as I would like it to be. Nevertheless, pretty decent pork bowl!

Ramen by Buta Kin*: The ajitama ramen egg and the broth special tonkotsu ramen totally rock! It is really hard to find good ramen egg and it is hard to resist not to add another egg like me to your bowl 😂. Broth wise is concentrated yet not gelat!
Burger by Hambaobao: The owner questioned me if I have ever tasted buah keluak before when I ordered. I can totally understand because the dish has an acquired taste which many wouldnt like. I actually like the nut, but somehow the pairing was off. I will try thr crispy pork belly burger the next time!
Fun fact: Raw Buah Keluak is POISONOUS but after boiling n fermenting it, it tastes great!

I came in without any expectation, and walked out full and satisfied. Service was good too!
✔ Fried Mushrooms w Curry Cream* ($13): Creamy curry sauce that's a tad spicy but finger licking good. That's one good finger food 😁 Salted egg yolk fans would definitely love this too as it does have similar resemblance!
✔Scallop Mentaiko Pasta* ($20): Best dish out of the 3 😚 The scallops were really well prepared; they retained the moisture on the inside yet slight charred on the outside to give its smoky flavour. I am pretty picky with my pasta and I must say the cream sauce complements w the pasta.
✔Chug's Prime Beef Burger: The patty was tender and the aged cheddar was great. There was a hint of truffle too. Alas it was a pity as if there were more caramelised onions within, all 3 dishes would have been perfect!
Ps: Dishes are great but the pasta and finger food above gets a bit gelat towards the end. So grab at least a friend along!

Generous amounts of thick coconut milk and gula melaka + the right texture jelly noodles. There was a subtle tinge of pandan fragrance from the jelly noodles. Cools the heat, melts my heart, great way to end my meal!

✔Broth is really sweet, filled with seafood and pork taste
✔Downside: despite the loads of lard that they threw into the bowl, the seasoning of noodles is pretty blend and more on the oily side.
✔Prawns are not that fresh. you can tell from the texture of the meat and the fact that the heads were drooping.
If you wanna try, maybe the soupy version is better!
