Not too pricey and a little nostalgic place for me since they have opened for many years and it has been some time since I last had their food.
✔Signature confit duck* (19): Crispy outer skin, and tender meat that falls off the bone easily. Definitely like as always, this is the highlight!
✔Saveur pasta (9): angel hair pasta with capellini and sakura prawns. There was a light whiff of truffle oil from the pasta. A good appetizer imo.
✔Pan seared Foie Gras (14): Decent portion though I would prefer the lentil a little sweeter.
✔Norwegian Salmon confit (12): Nicely done with great combi of conplements
✔Pot au Fen (Pork cheek, ribs, belly) (24): While the pork broth is sweet, I will skip this dish e next time.
✔Pistachio Baileys Panna Cotta* (12): Smooth cold dessert, caramalised pistachio and Baileys cream...hits the right note as a sweet end to your meal

✔Beef Tom yum pasta (15.9): Homemade tom yum that has it owns interpretation of tom yum.
✔Milo Chicken Popcorns (9.9): This cafe was capturing attention years ago due to this unique dish. Interesting, but not something I will come back again for.
✔Salted Egg yolk Croissant* (6.9): If I can choose 1 dish here, this will be it! Crispy croissant that oozed out flowy salted egg yolk. 👍
They are also famous for their steak with raclette cheese.

Tried their best seller Durian Craquelin ($2) which contains D24 durian cream filling. The crispy crust do taste like those of the polo buns. They also serve durian ice cream (3 scoops for $9) and MSW cake slices ($12) 😁

✔ Chicken Parmigiana ($19.50): Literally dry and tough; both the chicken and the wedges. It took me some effort to cut every slice of meat. Truffle oil's not drizzled evenly onto the wedges too.
✔Salmon avocado Salad ($17): Whole solid avocado with smoked salmon, brown rice, edamame, cherry tomatoes etc. The brown rice was a little uncooked... I would love to give this a heart, but e chicken parmigiana was loaded w so much msg that left me super thirsty throughout the night.

Overall: No heart 😔

✔ Awesome Pork chop* that's tender and done alot better than many places out there. I wish they hadn't replaced their apple n kale salad though.
✔ Lokal's fish and chip: Fresh fillet served with sweet potatoes that were air-fried. "Healthier choice" of fried food which was not jelat. Pretty good.
✔ Pork knuckle croquettes: pretty interesting dish here that was filled with much shredded pork. N I would say this was better than their cauliflower dish.
✔ Sticky Date pudding with triple chocolate ice cream: sweet, and I meant it! Yet the pudding was moist that kept me going.
Any dish you pick from their menu is decently good. So it caters to everyone (: Overall: ❤❤❤❤❤

✔ 230g Grass Fed Rib eye with thick cut fries, Mushroom sauce ($22.50): Similar to isteak in terms of quality. Compliments well with their non greasy and addictive crispy fries!
✔Swissgerman Platter ($16.50): Trust me, get BockWurst or Smoked Bratwurst.
✔Half Roast Pork knuckle w light brown sauce ($18.50): Slightly salty but pretty decent.

And yes, the crispy golden brown potato goodness is perfect for a great catchup with your friends any time. ✔Norwegian Rosti: Rosti not greasy nor jelat. Panfried to the right crispness.
✔Babyback ribs: The meat falls off the bone easily. Decent though lacks the wow factor.
✔Steak and Eggs: well-done thin slab of steak which is disappointing.
✔Caramel sea salt latte: soso.
Come for their Rosti if you crave for one, and maybe add the babyback ribs for some meat.

At 5 degree celsius, when the icy wind was blowing, I was happily eating the fish-shaped red bean ice cream by the famous Haeundae Beach. It was cold, but super refreshing somehow!

Surprisingly good and definitely one that makes you yearn for another cup.

✔Interior design- during this cherry blossom season, it was a great chill out place because I get to see the flowers outside the window. Really pretty!

Saw this on Battletrip variety show and decided to make a trip to this place. The "snow" is made of soft glutinous rice and the Australian beef short ribs are well marinated! They added sweet potato underneath that simply goes well with the beef! Unique food and definitely recommended.
