Fab cocktails & good vibes @ 28HK ST 🍸 I’ll be back!
Loved the Escape to Oaxaca 🥂
Great for dates ;)
Been awhile since i had crystal jade, and i think they up-ed their game!!!
The roasted duck was tasty and i loved all the dim sum (BEST LIU SHA BAO!!!!)
I’ll be back again!
Wouldn’t recommend the cocktails, but a good place for a date night if you want a good view!!!!
And yes the truffle fries were pretty good
Loving the chirashi at En Sushi, the sashimi is really fresh.
And look at that glistening ikura 😍
The Miso Salmon Carbonara was super creamy and yummy, without being too surfeiting, topped with ikura!! There’s big pieces of salmon in the pasta as well. Would recommend 💯
The Ribeye was decent, not the best, but really worth it for the price! 🥩
Love their red velvet waffles with cream cheese filling. Their nutella banana ice cream was good as well!!!
Didn’t expect much from a small and new Jap place in serangoon gardens, but their quality is super legit!!! The mentai was really creamy and more on the ‘cheesy’ side, and the salmon was nicely aburi-ed.
Would definitely come back!!!
Loved their foie gras and steak! Nice place for french food, and to sip some wine with your meal.
Tried their cheesecake, not bad but not amazing! But quite worth it for the price, at $45 :)
Could be more cheesy and creamy, didn’t really have the gooey texture as well.
Would recommend their foie gras # masago pasta! Its a super decadent dish, with lotssss of ebiko topping and a thick slice of foie gras. Wish they had more cream with the pasta though!
Their fish tacos and ribs were not bad :)
Also had their yuzu chicken, the portion was good!!! But i couldn’t really taste the yuzu.
Overall a nice cafe with rather good food, and super worth with burpple beyond 😉
Ordered the Charcoal Steak and Lamb Cutlets at Burn, and they were cooked perfectly! The steak was a nice medium rare, just how I like it.
Loved the generous portions and nice sides as well, the avo chimmichurri and potato salad were surprisingly addictive.
Check them out if you’re a meat lover, especially if you like slow cooked meats.
Got this 1 for 1 on Burpple Beyond ✨
Rebel rebel completely lives up to its name, every dish was kinda quirky, with unique pairings — but it works.
🐷 The pig head tagliatelle is a must try! The pasta was slightly spicy and delicious, with the crispy pig ears providing a nice crunch.
🧀 The creaaaamy burrata with mussels was 💯 as well. I didn’t know mussels would go with maple syrup, but it was really tasty.
🐖 The whipped pork fat had to be the most interesting dish — the sweet farro (nutty texture) on top really balances out the ‘gelat’-ness of the pork fat. Goes well with the sourdough!
🍷 And last but not least, for wines, recommend speaking to their sommelier as well, we managed to get an amazing recommendation
