Broth was flavourful and very different from your typical prawn noodles. Ngoh hiang was fragrant with crispy skin.
Had Shaved Ox Tail, Australian Full Blood Wagyu and the Popcorn for dessert. I'm quite picky about beef, but I enjoyed the shaved ox tail and wagyu. The cafe de paris butter was really good and added a different flavour dimension. Friendly service staff!
Gelato texture was superbly smooth, and the hokkaido milk with honey flavour was just the right amount of natural sweetness without tasting overly artificial. The Dutch chocolate with peanut brittle was also very rich with a pleasant crunch.
Short rib steak were well-grilled, fragrant and flavourful, which went well with the sauce and our creamed kale. Truffle fries were very fragrant and tasty as well!
Visited last week and tried their daily special menu as well as their signature porridge (but of course!). The porridge texture was silky and smooth, and tasted healthy and wholesome with well-balanced flavours. The show-stealer, however, would definitely be the claypot chicken rice - soft and tender chicken with rich flavours. Would definitely go again for the daily special!
All the dishes we ordered here (buffalo wings, quesadilla, pork ribs, three little pigs burger) were delicious and flavourful. The buffalo wings were sweet and spicy with a tangy taste, and the sauce on the side was spicy and slightly sour which was a nice change when dipped in. The pork ribs were extremely tender and fragrant. Don't underestimate the milkshake (we ordered an oreo madness) either, it was the right amount of cholatey sweetness and richness without being overwhelming. Staff were also friendly and helpful. Can't wait to visit again and try the other dishes!
We could smell the fragrant aroma the moment the dish was served. The meat was juicy, tender and savoury, and the dynamite dip on the side added the right zing as well. The fries portion was generous too! Overall a highly satisfying dish, just that the portion was a little too big personally.
Ordered both the en sashimi and en sushi platters, as well as the aburi salmon mentai don. Personally preferred the don a lot more, as the aburi salmon (though not torched enough) and ikura went well with the sweet and fluffy rice, and the mentai sauce added a different flavour dimension. The freshness of the sashimi and sushi for both platters were only moderate though, but both platters were still delicious.
Ordered several dishes over a few menu categories. Some dishes were surprisingly tasty and flavourful (such as the potato salad and chargrilled squid), but others stood out less. Staff service was excellent, one of the dishes we ordered was not available and he patiently explained other alternative recommendations to us and refilled our glasses of water and ocha when our cups were emptied.
Was a fragrant, flavourful and heartwarming bowl of soup. The menu choices available allowed us to customise our food to our personal requirements (e.g. spice level) so you can always try something a little different each time. The only downside was that the soup was too good, we couldn't have enough of it!
