Chicken Hor Fun - Dry Version Today, we finally tried the dry version - it turned out to be pretty yummy too. The sauce is thick with a nice savoury-sweet combination that goes well when mixed together with the hor fun.

For Succulent Steamed Chicken Whether you are team hor fun or chicken rice, count on this no-frills restaurant to do both justice. Pro tip: The sweet-savoury prawn soup is refillable here, so slurp away! Photo by Burppler Venus Lee

Ipoh Hor Fun (RM8.50) One of my favourite places for hor fun that never disappoints. The broth is so sweet from the prawn essence, which you’ll get in the bowl – so plump and fresh!

Lunch Set @ Tenmaya Sogo Tuesday's lunch @ Tenmaya Sogo. . Lunch set: Tori Katsu Set (RM26+) comes with chawamushi, salad, fruits, hot green tea, miso soup, pickle and rice. Generous amount of chicken too! Good value of money! To note, this restaurant doesn't serve curry katsu :( . 💡: Flash Sogo member card for 10% discount! (inclusive of lunch set)

Wagyu Bolognese, pasta was al dente and they were very generous with the portions, meat and pasta. Now I know where to head to for a good bolognese

Loaded tater tots. A crowd pleaser with the kids and adults. I like how they are pretty crispy and not oily.

Corn & Mozzarella Fritters Crunchy corn and mozzarella fritters serve with house made Jalapeño Blue cheese dip. These bad boys are so additive and definitely cater for those who are craving for deep fried snacks to go with your beer or starter. RM20 per serving.

Paneer Reshmi Tikka Big fan of paneer. Love this grilled paneer cubes with grilled capsicum and tomatoes. It comes with 1 naan. So don’t order more bread unless 1 naan is insufficient. This is RM18.

For Freshly Made Idli and Northern Indian Grub This former hole-in-the-wall restaurant has merged with its upstairs neighbour Idli Only Cafe and the result is one pretty awesome joint — expect both the warm, fluffy idlis and affordable northern Indian favourites in one place. For a light lunch, get the crisp-on-the-outside and soft-on-the-inside Butter Podi Idlis (RM12). Otherwise, turn to tummy-filling dishes like a Mutton Briyani (from RM20) and the velvety Palak Paneer (from RM14). The restaurant also has affordable weekday set lunches starting from RM15 featuring thali, naan and briyani.

Salmon Delight Definite yums for flavour and uniqueness. Pricey tho and the portion isn't big. This place has good food, but whether you leave feeling full is another story.

Vadai Soda Bread (RM16 w/ Coffee) Made almost scone-like, their vadai soda bread is a win in my books. They’re not as crisp as they look, but rather, fluffy and redolent of all the good spices you’d find in a vadai. Yum, especially with a dollop of melted butter!

Sourdough Tacos (Duck Curry) Elated to see this corner lot finally occupied by something worth the traffic. Many of the items on the menu will have you lift an eyebrow in intrigue, this taco one of them. Love that they use sourdough to make those beautifully charred soft shells, and the filling of lychee duck curry is great too! Hits a nice balance of spice and umami, although more lychee bits would’ve been nice. The curry is on the wetter side, which works against the whole “stuff your face with tacos in your hands” fun unless you don’t mind a drippy situation. But we’ve given our feedback so hopefully it’ll turn out just right next time!

Chicken Avocado Pesto Sandwich (RM15.99) This small but punchy sandwich is hot-pressed with chunks of pesto chicken, caramelised onions and avocado. The thin, crisp gluten-free bread is excellent, giving the combo just enough crisp while not overly filling. The price for a sandwich meal also comes with a side of your choice; mine was the tender, tasty roasted potatoes, which I topped with chilli flakes and sesame seeds.

Lunch Plate (RM15.99) The clean eats delivery guys have opened their space for dine-in customers and the customisable lunch plate (1 main, base, side and 2 toppings) comes first on their list of offerings. Think zhap fan, made healthy. The wholesome roasted chicken is tasty, albeit a tad dry. Highly recommend that sweet chilli sauce to give it a little moisture and kick. For sides, I chose the roasted baby kailan, thoroughly crisp and garlicky. Also enjoyed the salad base of tomato lettuce with cashew cheese dressing!

For A New Indian Kitchen At Hubba Now featuring celebrity chef Sapna Anand's creations, the revamped menu at Jalan Ceylon's Hubba is what to come for. Retained is the smart casual environment, well suited for both business lunches and dinner with friends. Goa by Hubba's foremost dish looks to be the cheesy Grilled Cauliflower with Smoked Fennel Tomato Sauce (RM30). Whether or not you're a vegetarian, this flavoursome main makes for a delightful choice to lap up with buttery Ghee Rice (RM12). If you can't part with your meat, try the Mutton Floss Mantou (RM26 for three) that marries steamed buns with crunchy shallots and expertly marinated mutton. The Fire-Roasted Mutton Marrow (RM32) also deserves a mention, smoky and luscious with the bone's natural juices. Another exotic element about Goa is found in its cocktails, heavily inspired by spices from the region. An Ass Whuppin Chai Masala (RM36) spiked with rum? We're sold. Avg Price: RM50 per person

Prawn Roll Rice Set Meal (RM 33.18) The star of this set is Prawn roll. The side dishes are quite similar to the supreme dice chicken set but they are very good in executing the dish so we don’t feel bored with their creation. The restaurant is in 4th floor of KLCC (good value for money & we will definitely come back!) not only because we love their cute cat theme but the food quality is good!! 👍

Three Varieties Of Supreme Diced Chicken (RM 29.47) Chicken’s served in three ways : red sauce chicken in a hot plate, stripe chicken on rice and a refreshing chicken soup (Goji berry & Angelica root). We love that they give loads of side dishes along with the main (anchovies, fried beans and chicken ball). 👌😍

Rose & Oolong Tea (RM 15.90) When Madam Kwan’s in Pavillion mall is fully reserved in the evening, and also long queue in another outlet in Suria KLCC. This “Ki Ki Taiwan Cuisine” comes to rescue us! Start off our meal with this rose & oolong tea. Full aroma tea with plenty of rose blooms inside our tea pot. We also ordered Kiwi Yoghurt juice đŸ„€ RM 14.10 (not pictured) which tastes alright & not too sweet. P.S. Two cups per 1 pot. Additional cup will charge RM 3.18
