'The classic Cheeseburger with our hand crafted beef patty, aged cheddar cheese and smothered with BBQ sauce & onion marmalade on a sesame seed bun'
The burger tasted quite good, with the exception of the onion marmalade which ruined my whole experience. The onion marmalade is just straight up sweet, completely covering whatever taste that the beef and cheese might have.
'Beef chuck patty coated in crushed black pepper topped with a crispy onion ring, and homemade blue cheese dressing on a sesame seed bun'
The blue cheese dressing was rather tangy and strong, which complimented the peppercorn crust well. Fries were good too! I just find it strange that the lettuce and tomato are outside of the burger
Amazing pork belly! The pork belly was cooked until the fat would just melt in your mouth, and the skin was seared to perfection where it's crispy without being overly dry or hard to bite. Definitely recommended!
Overrated chicken wings. Chicken wings were crispy, but lacked flavour. It tasted quite flat with no shiokness at all
Had the chicken tikka with briyani, lamb vindaloo and plain naan!
The chicken tikka was well marinated, and remained juicy and flavourful! The rice was cooked with a variety of spices and tasted amazing as well, however I find it a tad too oily. It went well with the small tub of yogurt provided!
The lamb vindaloo was well cooked with chunky pieces of lamb and potatoes. The portion looks small, but is perfectly enough for two servings of naan!
$13.9 for the special tendon, which comes with 2 big prawns, 2 chicken breast fillets, one stick of mini corn, one mushroom, some long beans, one slice of pumpkin and one deep fried egg. The tendon was value for money, but as the kitchen is an open concept kitchen, the smell of the oil can be overpowering and nauseating
Had the free bird pizza at alt pizza, and can confirm that the hype is real! Chewy fragrant crust with super fresh toppings! The wings with blue cheese sauce is not too bad as well, but slightly pricey at $13 for 4 wings.
