Definitely different from Japanese Ramen, but all the toppings such as shrimp wonton, char-siu(seasoned with "shio-conbu"), a half-boiled egg and the signature potato-wrapped fried shrimp were cooked very precisely.
Finally, this is the finest example of peppery Bak Kut Teh along with Song Fa, my favorite shop. Actually, rice tastes better here. 今週なんと4回目の肉骨茶にして、ついに私的歴代1位の松發に匹敵する店が登場!ご飯の質と大きめの豚肉をガッツリ楽しめるところが◎。
This shop comes one of my second favorite Bak Kut Teh shops in Singapore. Very modern & clean interior. なんと今週3回目の肉骨茶は、胡椒が控えめで優しい味でファンも多いはず。トロトロの豚足もお勧め。
You can choose the flavor from white, red (pictured) and black. All of them are good. Please also try their side dishes.
Surprisingly, the rice was served as "Al dente". Great!
Arguably, one of the best hamburger shops in Singapore. Sweet buns and a juicy patty.
Noodle in thick gravy sour soup comes with fried fish, a half boiled egg etc. Great value for money only at 3 SGD.
Not too spicy and smooth texture. I liked its tomato flavor.
Nice Saturday brunch. Tastes similar to Song Fa, but more peppery.
Open till 9:30 p.m, Monday to Saturday. Great side dishes come for free with any Ramen order. This shop has already become one of my favorite Ramen shops in Singapore.
You create your own rice bowl by choosing rise, main dish, salad and toppings. I am pretty sure that you can take as many varieties of food as you need per day.
A modern Italian restaurant with nice decor and not-too-formal atmosphere. This Tiramisu was the best one I had for a long time.
