That's foie gras Yakiniku-don with some truffles. 長らく気になっていたお店に初訪問。フォワグラ×焼肉×トリュフ×卵の組み合わせはほとんど犯罪レベル。

Chicken fillet is not a typical dish for tendon in Japan. But it was actually good and goes well with onsen-tamago.

Very fresh and tasty. Goes well with wasabi sauce.

The famous Chilli Crab was invented here some 60 years ago. The combination with fried rice and buns are just great!
