Similar to astons with a heftier price tag, Collin’s surely doesn’t disappoint.

Ordered the Argentine Angus Sirloin Steak ($22) medium rare. Really juicy and tender, but there were a lot of fats on the steak that my hoomans doesn’t eat. But they didn’t mind for the price. There were also complimentary sauces and sides such as edamame and mashed potatoes. The edamame was quite disappointing.

With many outlets in SG, this outlet has seating areas for customers.

Project Acai was my hoomans’ first ever acai years back and up till now its still their fav!! It is so addictive that the large flower bowl ($14.50) wasn’t enough for them. Fruits were fresh, acai was frozen and doesn’t melt really fast, just the way they like it!

Finally getting on that trend bandwagon!

The thing that caught my hoomans eye was how aesthetically pleasing the shop was. The % sign, so cute. Very instagrammable place!

Ordered the Spanish Latte Tall ($9), recommended by a staff. The coffee was fragant especially for the bottom half of the drink and it has a pleasant aftertaste. Would recommend buying if you’re feeling fancy as it has a hefty price tag for a cup of coffee.

Ordered the Avo Egg Double ($14).

My hoomans really liked the sustainable concept of the cafe! However, they find it quite crammed as the tables are not really far apart from one another.

The brunch was really satisfying with every toast coated with a thick layer of avocado. Every bite was just amazing!

My hoomans came here during Valentines day & queued for an hour-ish as they didn’t make any reservations that day.

Love the chill vibes inside, but the lighting was a tad dark. The picture exposure had to be up to the max in order to see the steak. 😂

Steak ($21) was juicy for medium rare, and the sauteed mushroom sides ($7, not pictured) was amazing but the only downside is that the portion was too small. Would be back here again only after making reservations!

My hoomans finally brought me here! Second time here since 2015. The interior of the cafe didn’t change much, but the taste of the food vastly improved.

Ordered the Carbonara ($17), Pan-Seared Lamb Rack ($28). The pasta was super creamy and quite gelak after a few mouthfuls but the lamb rack (medium rare) was super on point! Would totally recommend yall to try out it out as it surely does not disappoint! 😋

The staff were also nice, as they gave me a little biscuit while my hoomans had their meal!

$16 for this DIY-ed bowl. Paid extra $1 each for extra ingredients (tamago & flying fish roe).

The mentaiko salmon was so amazing as it just melts right in the mouth! Also really like the texture of the brown rice. Surprisingly all the ingredients ordered compliment each other well.

Lost count of the number of times my hoomans have been here! The staffs are friendly and the gelato here is way too good to believe that it is all handmade.

Ordered the waffles with double scoop ($12.50) with the flavours, hojicha and black sesame. The waffles are just the way i like it — crispy and hojicha (in my hoomans’ humble opinion) is the best.

I know for sure they will always be back here for more gelato fix! Truly one of the best in the West area. 😋

Ordered the Big Breakfast ($18), Avocado Field ($14) and Steak & Egg bowl ($14).

Second time here but the food was rather disappointing as compared to the first. The poached eggs can be considered as hard boiled eggs. Also, the complimentary water taste & smell slightly weird. My hoomans said they will only eat this again if they’re in the area.

My hoomans always walked past this as they thought the food would be too overpriced. They finally tried it while finding it on burpple beyond.

It came as a surprise as the food ordered were delicious! Ordered the Truffle Scented Mushroom & Egg Pizza ($22) and the Spicy Pomodoro Crab Pasta ($21).

The pizza is a must order for truffle fans!!! Would definitely come back here again.

Magherita Pizza was juicy and thin crusted. Rather delectable and quite moist. Definitely a good pizza that you won’t get sick of.

Portobello Creamy Mushroom Pasta was creamy with the right amount of sauce. They had cheese slices — a good addition which helped to nullify the saltiness of the cream.

All in all, my hoomans had a wonderful and affordable meal!!

Creamy and rather sweet but the more you eat it, you’ll taste the flavours more!
