These bagels are such hot stuff! Always a lil worried to head down because they would be sold out.
Really enjoyed these bagels and I would say it’s good for sharing. Would wanna try more of their menu items and the different types of bagels.

A unique mix that isn’t very heavy on the palate and you can taste both teas in every bite. Tried quite a number of flavours and this would be my favourite!
Unfortunately, not much dining space, only the public seats at the common area. But the overall “al fresco dining” ambience is pretty nice at night.

Smoky, creamy and on point for mac & cheese.
First bite and you just feel that yes this is the one!

The egg tarts I must eat when I’m in Hong Kong and always come to mind when people ask where they can get good egg tarts. Everybody knows that Tai Cheong lives up to its name.
But recently, I tried the Durian Cheese Tarts and I fell in love again. The combination sounds a lil strange to others but you’ll be amazed. This has found a permanent spot in the box when I visit Tai Cheong now! (Top right)

Enjoyed these treats because they weren’t sweet and yet you have the best of both worlds; tau huay and tarts.
Gobbled down a few the day I bought them!
If you’re looking for something sweet like chocolate tarts, guess this may not really suit your palate.

The meat. It’s the meat that wins it all.
Aged in the restaurant and they even proudly sell their raw meat over the counter, I’ve had my fair share of Korean bbq joints in Singapore and this probably provides the best quality thus far.
Just focus on eating as the staff would grill the meat for you to perfection. Probably so you don’t ruin their meat haha.
Not the cheapest of course but you pay for what you enjoy.

Highly popular and lives up to its name. Brownies are so decadent, dense and done so well. Definitely a go to if you wanna treat yourself to some brownies!

This is always the best combination if you wanna get tarts from Lola’s.
Lemon tarts are always a classic option and with the sea salt chocolate tart, both well compliments each other.

I’m usually a Tonkatsu broth, classic, simple ramen kind of person but I really enjoy their lobster broth one!
Soup is always rich and tasty with consistent standards. The Keisuke chain is always a go to for ramen, with the free flow bean sprouts and hard boil eggs (extra perks for the meal!).

Let’s just focus on their desserts here. Just you look at that!
1. Yuzu Lemon
It looks exactly like a real lemon and it was fun to crack it up before scooping up the bits with some cacao crumble. The crumple compliments the sourness from the yuzu jam and lemon mousse. Absolutely loved it.
2. Chocolate Bonsai
Molten dark chocolate, perfectly paired with the ice cream that came along.
3. Strawberry Cheesecake
Very prettily presented! Rich cheesecake and came along with a sorbet.

The oxtail was really tender and meat would just fall off the bone without much force. The gravy was thick and you know it’s been stewing there for quite awhile the moment you take your first bite. Enjoyable dinner and would recommend if you love such stews. Pretty homely dinner and wasn’t crowded during dinner time.
Just a lil difficult to get there if you don’t drive.
Would visit their main outlet next time!

Was really more intrigued by the whole old school, back in the days kinda setting than anything else. It’s like stepping into a time capsule bringing you back to the past.
Old uncle really wore his pajamas while making the kopi and that was really cute!
Worth a visit if you’re in the area or wanna bring your parents for a trip down memory lane.
