Doubled up the patty. Sadly patty was quite gristly and hard to eat. Bun was not bad. Preferred the pulled beef fries!! Halal/Muslim Malay owned stall. At 3 locations: Bedok, Alexandra Village, Golden Mile. Add $2 to swap fries to salad. Salad was nubbad too, featured sesame dressing.

SUPER DELICIOUS!! Highly recommend for french fry lovers. The pulled beef is so tender. The fries so crispy and like wedges. Halal/Muslim owned hawker stall. Has 3 locations: Bedok, Alexandra Village, Golden Mile.
Never had crĂšme brĂ»lĂ©e french toast before (didnât even really know such a combo was possible) but this was the highlight of our meal!
Highly recommend ordering this delicious breakfast dessert if youâre at @elixir.boutiqueroasters. The french toast is soft and fluffy (albeit not really eggy like you might expectâŠ) and the creme brulee is chefâs kiss. Loved the fruits as well.
As for the spaghetti bolognese, the description said beef ragu which was what I was expecting but actually itâs spaghetti bolognese and not beef ragu - they are two completely different things. Consensus was that itâs quite mediocre and I think steep at $18++, not worth ordering, anyone could make it at home. Portion size is a bit too much (even for two people) and the flavour is a little bland although the pasta is al dente. Thereâs much better pasta in the vicinity over at Da Paolo or Atlas Coffeehouse. I probably should have ordered beef rendang instead. Might try that next time. Also, this place has more of a nighttime/bar kind of vibe rather than a daytime cosy/brunch kind of feel to it.

Treated myself to these awesome donuts from @haritts_singapore and Burger King for lunch, omg it was so good đ Sometimes you just need some comfort food to make life more bearable. Love these mochi donuts, I got three donuts: Limone and Pistachio. I love how the filling is so silky smooth, really rich, so fragrant, flavourful and concentrated, while the donut itself is so fluffy yet firm and freshly made and coated in powdery soft sugar đŻđŻđŻ I recommend getting the Limone if you love citrusy desserts and the Pistachio if you love stuff like Nutella, pistachio ice cream or just nutty flavours in general.
Delicious! Japanese owned restaurant.
So delicious! Fries available till 15 July 2021.
Blueberry pancakes, I missed you đ Am always apprehensive about going out but I havenât had these pancakes in what feels like a year!! Gotta come back for a stack of the chocolate raspberry pancakes when they return. Also, really wish a lactose-free version of these blueberry pancakes existed, for my body was not blessed with buttermilk loving genes (donât you just hate when you donât inherit the superior genetics that are in your bloodline?! Groan) đ„đ« I hope @clintonst_sg can accede to my request to one day make delicious dairy-free pancakes, or maybe have a fewer pancakes option for the lactose intolerant like me đ„Č
Ending my incredibly long and exhausting work week with a delicious barachirashi with ikura [$32.76, without ikura itâs $22++] đ± The red vinegar sushi rice was so good and so was the fragrant chrysanthemum flowers and shiso. Everythint was so yum. While Iâm not a fan of tamago, the tamagoâs flavour and texture in this dish was so perfect and it was just the right amount of sweetness. Felt like I was momentarily transported to Tokyoâs fish market honestly (fun fact, the sashimi is from Toyosu Market!). Definitely recommend this casual Japanese place, thereâs some affordable and some premium Japanese food on the menu that surely wonât disappoint any foodie!
Glad I got to finally try @sg.nozomi with @aditi_95, so good, no regrets, food is great and service is good. Will come back for more.

Rose scented frangipane, raspberry & lychee filling, macarons.
I had one of these yesterday and then another one this morning, the one yesterday had a stronger rose scent and more filling. The filling has lots of berry/jammy flavour, and expect a frangipane filling (like almond croissant) rather than a rose flavoured cream filling. There are lots of elements to this croissant: macaron shells, croissant with filling and the croissant is sliced in half as well, hence why the price is slightly higher than say the pain au chocolat which is priced at $4. Personally wish this had more of a rose fragrance and lychee flavour, and that the filling was a cream based one instead. The macaron shells are a pretty touch! But if they were one whole macaron instead or a rose meringue stick, that wouldâve been more interesting. In light of the recent lockdown announcements, Brother Bird are now going to open everyday for takeaway croissants yay đ
