$36.80++ per person so really it was $43 but I think it was worth it. You got good quality sashimi slices, sushi and Japanese dishes - you can eat as much as you like! I think I devoured about 10 slices of raw salmon and it was delicious! The only thing I would say about this place was that the service was a bit slow but overall, great value for money
This small restaurant in Icon Village of Tanjong Pagar is called Mr. Bento. They have some bento sets that are pricy for lunch but try the cup rice/noodles. They have a wide variety of choices from $5-$8 and you can add miso soup for an additional $1. I had the spicy octopus rice which is very nice but if you can't take spicy, this is only for the brave!
A wide range of China-inspired soup bases and steamboat items to choose from at a reasonable price, not sick of all the CNY steamboat meals yet? Give it a try for something different!
Blend of flavours, very healthy, very unique. I would recommend this if you are into trying different things
SO DELICIOUS! I thought that people mainly ordered this for the novelty but it actually tastes really good. Such a great guilty pleasure side dish, the cheese is all the way through the fries, not just on the surface, highly reccomended ππΌ
Flying Salted Egg Udon - the taste was very unique and although many people go here for the novelty of the 'flying noodles'. I can assure you that the food is top notch! I would recommend sharing one of the noodles and ordering other dishes. We also ordered the lobster taco which I didn't particularly enjoy but the salmon cheese maki was AMAZING. I would say $30++ per person if you want to try it all.
I got a 250g ribeye steak for $22 and it was absolutely worth it! The quality of the steak is great for such a cheap price. However, the downside is that the side dishes are pretty rubbish, I didn't touch my macaroni and cheese at all, it was horrible. Also, don't bother adding mushroom soup to your meal, it was quite watery.
The way that the restaurant works is that you order, get a number and find a table. However, if you go during peak hour, it is super crowded! You may have to wait for a table to free up after you've already ordered which is pretty stressful. Also, I wouldn't recommend bringing a date here, it has a fast food sort of ambience.
Flavours include: Crab Roe, Garlic. Szechaun, Ginseng, Original, Foie Gras, Black Truffle and Cheese.
It was interesting to try but tbh, I wouldn't have it more than once. Theirs original xiao long baos are great though - I would recommend this place for that
Poached eggs, smoked salmon, grilled asparagus and avocado on sourdough bread. If you ever want breakfast for lunch or dinner, check this place out. They serve all sorts of international breakfasts from all over the world. The interior decor is very nice but this place is a little pricy for what it is I think
This place imports craft spirits from American distilleries; most of the spirits you see here are made in very small batches so try to take this opportunity to sample as many as you can. The bartenders are extremely friendly and make great quality cocktails ππΌ A small but cosy chill out spot with yummy snacks - great place to hang out with your colleagues after work
Unagi bamboo rice with edamame beans - delicious!
The portions are a bit small so prepare to spend more money. There isn't a wide variety of choice on the menu but everything is unique and tastes great!
White wine with elderflower and lychee liquer, infused with chrysanthemum flowers, served with berries
