$90 for a crab which can be shared by 3-4 person, the chili sauce is not bad and the crab comes with a lot of meat. We ordered the salted egg one too but most of us find the chili sauce one is better.
The cereal prawn is fine while the La La is disappointing - don’t feel like its fresh la la and it is very salty & spicy.
The good thing for having zi char here is we manage to eat the five star hainanese chicken rice too at Sin Hoi Sai (you can order for take away and have it at Sin Hoi Sai) which is very tender and juicy. $50 for one chicken and Har Cheong Gai which is good.
Service is a bit slow so better order everything in one shot.

I’m a big fan of cinnamon roll, however this cinnamon roll doesn’t comes with very strong cinnamon smell/taste. I wish it could be stronger.

Had croissant and iced lemongrass here. The croissant is not crispy (apparently it is not fresh from the oven) and doesn’t have any buttery taste. The lemongrass is better than expected - i just wish it is bigger in size.

I ordered for less oily and less salty for the soup base but it is still a bit too much for me. The soup base is really rich, maybe I would pick the clear soup next time. The chicken leg is still tender but is a bit overdone.

Had french toast and cold brew here on a Sunday afternoon. The french toast is not overly sweet and goes well with the coffee powder surrounding the toast, but it is a bit thinner than the usual one. The espresso butter doesn’t have a strong coffee taste though. The caramelized butter isnt particularlt impressive - maybe i should go with the toast with fig next time.

The cold brew is fine and I don’t find it particularly acidic.

Ordered fried pork chop with rice noodle, deep fried spring roll, vietnamese sandwich with braised beef and coconut. The deep fried spring roll is very crispy yet not oily. The portion of the rice noodle is just right - but better to order one or two side dishes. Service is a bit slow given there are only 2-3 waiters. Be prepared to wait - it’s full house at 6pm on Saturday.

Had mixed platter, mango salad, Deep Fried Sea bass with Chilli Sauce, Pad Thai, Fried Kang Kong and Fried Rice with Chicken Basil Leaf. We ordered medium size for most of the dishes. Food is generally pretty nice and the portion is quite suitable to be shared among 5. I’m particularly impressed by the fried rice which is really hot and spicy.

Wasn’t very sure what it is before ordering so decided to give it a try. Felt its more like a normal croissant but a non-crispy one - wasn’t pretty impress by the texture.

Had cream puff here. The cream is very soft and milky, a bit sweet but definitely something quite enjoyable. The crust is a bit harder than expected but it is fine - I wish it is more buttery though.

Tried gang of five which includes all flavours except the spicy one. To be honest, I only recall the flavour for the deep fried one filled with mashed potato, and the original one. The smokey duck one isn’t that impressive as I thought.

Quite a nice place to chill after work but since the queue is long, you cant really stay long.

Had cold noodle and pork belly with kimchi for dinner. The food is quite nice and authentic, especially the pork belly - which is season well and not too oily. $20 per each.

Had miso nori salmon soba which comes with runny egg and veg. The seasoning is quite good, the portion is just good for a light lunch on weekday.
