Ordered 6 boneless chicken from delivery ($7.45). The teriyaki sauce is nice while the kecap manis is too salty for my liking even I enjoy the mild spiciness.
Had the set dinner here plus Yusheng. The food for the set dinner is so-so - not particularly impressive. I heard the food is better when you order a la carte. One of the dishes in the set dinner is only served after we have finished the dessert which comes as a surprise for us.
Have been enjoying a lot for the cakes delivered for the party! The brownie is very tasty so as the pre-cut cakes - everyone has been praising the cakes, no matter for the carrot cake or the avocado lime cheese cake!
Sweet, sour, spicy, salty - all in one drink. Still very impressed by how enthusiastic the bar tenders here are!
Had avocado gelato. Creamy, smooth, a bit too sweet, but still something good to have after dinner at CBD!
Ordered 300g pork belly, 100g signature marinated beef brisket, 100g short ribs & a cold noodle. Unlimited supply of lectures and side dishes including kimchi too. Meat are definitely in good quality so as the lectures (very crunchy and fresh!) Staffs are very helpful and help to barbecue. The cold noodle is good too.
For the meat that is cooked, they were put on a piece of bread so they won’t be burnt while to keep it warm still. $45 per person. Overall a satisfying experience! Worth paying a visit during lunch and try the rest of the dishes!
A new coffee joint from Hokkaido. Had the iced latte here with biei milk. A bit pricey compare to the normal coffee joint and the coffee turns out to be quite milky. Maybe hot coffee without milk would be a better choice for me next time.
Had this smashimi bowl @ frasers tower. The sashimi cut are not very much seasoned unfortunately and the smashimi bowl is indeed more with salmon than the rest of the sashimi. Would pick the salmon bowl which is $5 cheaper if I’m aware that beforehand.
Thought the overflowing smashimi bowl should come with more sashimi but I guess I should pick the original one next time.
Very convenient to order gong cha here with the help of machine. I picked non sugar and less ice but still comes with quite a lot of ice. The portion of the herbal jelly is pretty generous.
Had whiskey black sesame and early grey flavour for ice cream. Very strong in flavour so felt a bit too much when i ordered for double scoop. The scoop is also bigger than I expected - I should only go for one scoop with waffle next time to be shared.
Hidden in the HDB, this is surely a good place to have decent and affordable nice thai food. The pandan chicken is nicely flavored while the omelette with seafood we had is very yummy.
Around $32 for 2 person with drinks, rice, pad thai and two dishes. Just be mindful that food is not served as quick as we expected - our food is served half hour after we ordered.
The usual flat white with bonsoy milk I would go for - as nice as always. Very nice interior design and the service is as great as usual.
Pastry is served too but didn’t manage to try this time. Will be back again soon!
