As a person who abhors innards in general and doesn't eat the normal Kway Chup I quite like this rendition (there isn't any liver and all that funky stuff so it's all good)

You have some sio bak and nice sausage (it's abit like Lap Cheong but it could be made of fish) .
Very comforting for rainy days and it can get a little peppery spicy but in general quite a nice accessible no frills kinda place. .
Price wise dishes are like under 10 each.
My advice to skip the stir fried veggie. And order the sio bak. the portion of the Kway Chup might be small so fill up with sides :P
